Big Orange Crayonmusical thingsThe Palindromes A car, a man, a maraca Twee Kitten Records "The Palindromes" is a really dumb name for a band. But that is exactly why it is so cool. Of course its not cool that they broke up before I got this CD, but they pretty much re-formed under the name Confetti, which is a good name. They play fun pop music (what else would you expect from Twee Kitten?) with female vocals, nice, simple guitar stuff and fun beats. They do a nice job of it, too. All five of the songs are nice. So buy this. Its only $2.50. Plus, the little booklet that comes with it has a couple pages of palindromes. ("Satan, oscillate my metallic sonatas", "Senile felines", "Lonely Tylenol" hee hee) Sorry about this review being so short... Total score: 143 out of 149 |
