Four nice indie pop songs. You know, if you like indie pop, you'll like these four songs and all that. That's the problem with the genre- I love it, but there's not really much one can say to distinguish between bands. I mean, with hardcore, emo, and all that, all of the bands generally have their own thing that you can gab on about in a review, but with indie pop, the goal is simplicity and happiness, which are both rather difficult to describe. I guess I could go all Taoist on you and be like "It is not what Wolfie does, it is what Wolfie does not do." (props ta Zak), but I don't think it gets to be all that helpful. So, ok, here goes.

Going stagg's "Copycat" - I like this song, it is pretty, simple and sweet, with girl, harmonized vocals. There are no giant robot space gorillas.

Six Cents & Natalie - "You could be the one" - I like this song, it's pretty, simple, and sweet. It has boy vocals that sound like they were recorded on a payphone. They don't use bagpipes at any point during the song.

Busytoby - "lkat me" - yes, it's a different song than the one on Wolfie's Awful Mess Mystery. Kinda slowish at the beginning then more up-tempo at the end. It is not sung in Spanish.

Radio 4 "guess it's over" - Reminds me a lot of Kincaid, maybe with a bit of Hello I'm a Truck. Which is completely useless information for most people. But there are no motorized sets of false teeth chattering about.

I don't think that worked very well. Oh well.

Total score: 211 out of 211
